1 Agreement to Terms

2 About Veerises Foundation
Veerises Foundation is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) based in Ghana, dedicated to empowering women and children through education, healthcare, community development, and economic opportunities. Our website serves as a platform for information sharing, event registration, donations, and volunteer engagement.
3 User Accounts
When you create an account or sign in via Google OAuth, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your account and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Not create accounts using false identities or on behalf of others without authorisation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.
4 Donations
By making a donation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All donations are voluntary and made as charitable gifts to Veerises Foundation.
- Donations are processed securely through Paystack in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We accept Mobile Money, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for erroneous or duplicate transactions may be made within 14 days by contacting us at veerisesfoundation@gmail.com.
- Tax-deductible receipts may be issued in accordance with applicable Ghanaian tax laws.
- We reserve the right to decline or return any donation at our discretion.
5 Event Registration
When registering for events hosted by Veerises Foundation:
Free Events
Registration is confirmed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with event details.
Paid Events
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment via Paystack. Refunds follow the event-specific cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified and refunds will be issued for paid events where applicable.
6 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated systems to access the website without our written consent.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software — is the property of Veerises Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 11 Indemnification
